  • Cargo services (cargo acceptance, scanning, build up, unloading, customer
    service in discrepancy/customs requirement)
  • PAX/Baggage assistance (INS, check-in, paging, acceptance, bingo sheet
    management, loading, transportation from sterile area to aircraft and VV.)
  • Aircraft cleaning service coordination
  • Monitoring of Fuel & Catering Services
  • Cargo and mail coordination (logistics support)

✅ 2. Flight Operations Support

  • Flight dispatch services (ATS Flight Plan/Briefing Package preparation &
    submission)
  • Slot Clearance and Landing Permit processing
  • Coordination with Load Control and Ramp Control

✅ 3. Logistics and Transport Support

  •  Crew HOTAC Arrangement
  •  Crew transport between airport and hotels
  • Logistics support for cargo and spare parts (Separate DG/Non-DG)
  • VIP & executive transport arrangements

✅ 4. Aircraft Maintenance Coordination (Line Maintenance Support)

  • Provide liaison support for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) companies
  • Arrange for tools, technicians, or hangar access in emergencies
  • Coordinate daily checks, transit checks, or documentation

✅ 5. Documentation and Regulatory Support

  • Coordinate with CAAB and airport authorities for airline compliance
  • Maintain aircraft and flight crew documentation on behalf of airlines
  • Assist with audit readiness, safety inspections, and incident reports

✅ 6. Cargo Sales and Services

  • Act as Cargo Sales Agents (CSA) for airlines
  • Facilitate freight forwarding, customs clearance, and ground transport
  • Manage warehouse coordination and documentation

✅ 7. Hotel and Crew Layover Management

  • Arrange and manage hotel bookings, transport, and amenities
  • Ensure compliance with crew duty time regulations

✅ 8. Re-fueling Arrangement with Local Supplier

  • Agreement with Padma Oil Company Limited
  • Ensure smooth fuel supply management

✅ 9. AOG (Aircraft on-Ground) Specialization – Crisis Management

  •  Specialized Team for handling AOG situation
  • Support for aircraft engine/spare replacement
  • Customs clearance support for aircraft engine/spare
  • Import/Export support for aircraft engine/spare
